Case Study

Association for the Rights of Citizens with handicaps (ARCh)

Challenge – Employees at the Association for the Right of Citizens with handicaps (ARCh) were challenged with dated computers at their Waukesha office. The non-profit organization was paying for IT engineers to make repairs due to regular breakdowns and service disruptions. The ARCh staff members were very frustrated and described their operating system as “ineffective and a complete disaster.” Equipment failures were creating an inefficient work environment to serve their clients.

Solution – Through “Give Back”, SSR engineers set up an IT plan for ARCh. SSR installed a complete solution including virus software, data cleanup and Help Desk support. Engineers and support personnel donated hours of IT maintenance each month.

Results – ARCh is running efficiently and effectively. It positively impacts the lives of its community and reaches farther into the community. Its team is more efficient and effective than ever. Since 2009, SSR has annually volunteered hundreds of hours resulting in over $6000 annual savings for the organization.
