immediately notified under the Remote Monitoring & Maintenance
Service (RMMS), a comprehensive program set up to protect an IT
infrastructure.
How does it work? A custom application is installed to
continuously supervise data and reports are sent to SSR every 15
minutes to alert our engineers of any trouble.
Utilizing RMMS:
