- High Level Initial Assessment - This is one of
the first steps SSR takes with a new customer. A high level
assessment allows us to get an idea of the overall network
environment, identify potential risk and develop a remediation
plan. Feedback from our engineer is immediate and returned on the
same day as the assessment.
- Detailed Assessment - An in-depth analysis of
a customer's entire network-including all hardware and software-to
identify potential problems on all network components. A senior
consulting engineer completes a detailed assessment. Once
completed, SSR offers solutions to resolve any issues discovered by
following the manufacturer and industry best practices. In
addition, SSR offers security (penetration) testing. This
assessment option searches for vulnerabilities in an IT system that
could be exploited by a potential hacker or virus.
- Security Assessment - SSR takes stock of a
customer's internal and external network by testing, monitoring
that network and checking for signs that the business is compliant.
