As a former Director of Information Technology, Chad Techtmann

As the new Director of Business Services for SSR, Techtmann now

implementation processing, Techtmann says SSR guides a company in

or 'what's my budget five years from now?'
"I emphasize risk management for clients," says Techtmann. "For
example, customers might use SSR's Help Desk to handle any
day-to-day IT issues. In other cases, we have engineers on site at
least once a week checking on operations and executing on projects.
In many cases, it's a smooth transition for us to increase our
services with customers because we may already understand their
Enterprise Report Planning (ERP) system, their cost structure and
their existing applications."
Techtmann suggests a major advantage is that SSR offers silos of
IT expertise. The team can draw from more resources, if
necessary.
