Challenge - Stratagem is a Milwaukee-based consulting firm. It receives network and hardware support from SSR. A reoccurring issue with internal IT support led Stratagem to SSR for a custom solution.

"We had an individual on staff for years and service wasn't really great," says Stratagem's Dave Shelton. "Things that should have been repaired took multiple efforts to get fixed.  We weren't getting what we needed internally and our internal resource had a lot of downtime we paid for."
