Challenge - Stratagem is a Milwaukee-based
consulting firm. It receives network and hardware support from SSR.
A reoccurring issue with internal IT support led Stratagem to SSR
for a custom solution.
"We had an individual on staff for years and service wasn't
really great," says Stratagem's Dave Shelton. "Things that should
have been repaired took multiple efforts to get fixed. We
weren't getting what we needed internally and our internal resource
had a lot of downtime we paid for."
Solution - Shelton says it made sense for SSR
to handle their IT needs, so Stratagem signed on with SSR in
2011.

off-the-shelf software," says Shelton. "We expect this will enhance
service and save money."
