Because how much or how little of the IT Stack needed can be unique to each technology environment, our IT Stack is fully customizable.  This approach makes SSR unique as a provider of both strategic and tactical business technology solutions.  Based on specific need, every SSR client can choose to utilize a single offering, combination of elements or the complete Stack.

Three of our most common Stack combination programs include:


Managed IT

With Managed IT, SSR watches over a client's IT system and reviews the environment like a "second pair of eyes".  Occasional on-site visits are made to ensure everything is working as it should. SSR monitors for system capacity, backup needs or public cloud solutions. Clients pay a fixed monthly cost with remote consultation or budgeted monthly plans-up to four hours a month-on break/fix needs, IT consultation (such as managed solutions for Private Cloud clients).

  • Optional: Help Desk 


Technical IT

This offering benefits our mid-sized clients with or without an internal IT department.  With similar benefits of Managed IT, SSR's Technical IT Service offers additional resources for execution.  Our team provides up to eight hours a month of dedicated service on break/fix, adds/move and technical consultation-all on a regular maintenance schedule-plus guidance on small technology projects.

Total IT

This program offers the complete IT Stack encompassing everything found under Managed and Technical IT, but also includes application development. Under Total IT, SSR aligns applications with business intelligence, reporting, dash boarding and process to application alignment. It also provides clients with an IT infrastructure, an application process review and management plan. This is SSR's management of your entire technology infrastructure.
